Rep. Messer tells Superintendent Ritz all public school students should be treated fairly

WASHINGTON — Recently, Congressman Luke Messer (IN-06) sent a letter to Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction Glenda Ritz asking why some public charter schools in Indiana saw a dramatic drop in federal funds provided for educating our state’s most disadvantaged students.
