Rokita plans decision on Senate run in June

Todd Rokita is still undecided when it comes to a run for the U.S. Senate.

The 45-year-old U.S. representative for Indiana’s 4th District, which encompasses a swath of the state extending from the western border to parts of Howard, Cass, Clinton, Boone and Hendricks counties, emphasized that to The Journal Gazette during a visit to Fort Wayne on Friday.

He and his wife will make a decision about a run for the seat held by Sen. Dan Coats – who is not seeking re-election – around mid-June or earlier, he said.
