The spirit of spring is infectious. It is a time of rejuvenation and growth, not just outside but also here at the Indiana Republican Party.
The most obvious example of this is our brand new website. The address is the same, www.indgop.org, but we have done a little spring cleaning and added a fresh coat of paint. I hope you will drop by, take a tour and test out some of the new features.
One of those new features allows Hoosier Republicans to participate in the platform creation process from the convenience of their own home or even on a smart phone! If you missed our first four platform listening sessions and can't make it to meeting five in Evansville, we invite YOU to share your thoughts on our party so they can be considered as we develop the 2014 platform. We have already seen an unprecedented number of participants, but I would love to see that number keep climbing. Of course spring isn't just about cleaning. If you are anything like me, the feel of spring in the air makes you want to grab your peanuts and crackerjacks and head to the ball field. In fact, the team at the INDGOP got so in the spring spirit that we cancelled our normal summer dinner and we are planning a softball game!
