Our state's GOP Congressional delegation recently penned a letter to Sen. Joe Donnelly urging him to stop blocking debate on a critical bill to fund Homeland Security and defund Obama's unilateral action on immigration.

Donnelly voted multiple times to prevent open debate in the Senate on this bi-partisan bill which already passed the House. Why would he block debate? Well, he did a flip-flop.
Just months ago Donnelly said, "...the president shouldn't make such significant policy changes on his own," when it comes to immigration. However, now he's decided to protect the president on this issue by helping block any debate on this bill in the Senate.
